Hi,

Am quite not sure if this is the correct forum, but here goes...

We would want to get a snapshot of the list of currently logged in users (either thru the Web UI, or the thick client) from time to time (periodically).

Have checked thru the status in Web UI interface, but found none in there.

Is there a way to find this data somewhere in RTC admin console? If not, any other area?

Thanks for the help in advance.

Regards

If you are using Floating or Token licenses. You can use licensing reports to understand the trending of user load on system.Go to JTS admin Web UI.-> "Server"  tab -> click "reports" option in "licensing" section and run the required reports.
