How do you share team dashboards?

How do you share team dashboards so that members of your project who aren't a member of your team can see your team dashboard too?

My assumption is that you are using RTC 3.0 and within the same Project area. My understanding is that you can't limit who can and can't see a team's dashboard, you can access other team's dashboard via "Project Dashboards">"All PROJECT Dashboards". It will list all the Team's Dashboards. Another way to do it, is Add the Widget "Teams" into in the Main Dashboard, if you have permission to do so.
