We are facing issue with Jazz setup and jazz admin during our installation. The actual problem is we are getting error messgae

"L'utente IBMSW03 non autorizzato ad accedere a Jazz Team Server Admin UI "

We have tried all the ways but we could not resolve the issue. Please help us to resolve the issue.

Hi,

the error message seems to be saying that the user has no admin rights. Please describe your attempted setup, app server, LDAP?, etc.

It looks as if you are trying on WebSphere. If so, you need to make sure to follow the instructions and make sure the user created during setup or the user ADMIN is in the user realm and in the JazzAdmin group in the realm during setup.

The problem is resolved making the correct definitions for security inside WAS.
