Setup stuck at "Loading configuration settings..."

Hi,

I'm now setting following environment.

WebSphere Application Server 7.0.0.13
RTC 3.0

I installed JTS and am doing setup, but at step2, which is "Configure Public URI", it does not proceed with the message "Loading configuration settings...".

What is considered the cause of this?
And could anyone let me know how to solve this problem?

Hi All,

I am deploying JTS on Websphere v7.
I am stuck at Loading Configuration settings on the page Configure Public URI.
I have tried nconstans suggestion.
But still the problem is persistent.
Please let me know if some one has faced this problem and know the solution.

Hi All,

I have updated with patch 13 for websphere v7 and this problem is now solved.
But before updating with the patches, I had performed as per nconstans suggestion so may be both the solution together worked.
