The quality of planning is: (number of open estimated work items /
number of open work items) * 100. Since the process is computed on estimates a green bar were only 50% of the work items are estimated isn't really a green bar. That's why Jazz renders the bar only half in vertical extend and says the quality of planning is 50%. So a green bar is "really" green if it is filled fully vertical as well. We have some burndown reports which say the quality of planning is 0%. As far as I can tell, 100% of the work items contributing to the burndown chart have valid estimate field data. The work items have various status values. This is from an RTC V1.0.1 server. Thanks, Mark Ingebretson |

That *should* be the same computation as in the burndown report. If it's Defect 88979 written, thanks. |
What was the result of defect 88979? Has it been addressed in version 6.06? I believe I am seeing the same error in the Quality of planning calculation at the bottom of the burndown report. |
