Any plans for a Windows shell integration for Jazz SCM?

A major potential customer asked if there were plans in the works to integrate Jazz SCM with the Windows shell, like TortoiseSVN for Subversion. Any plans here?

This has been requested in work item 43272.
Currently, the focus is on increasing the SCM functionality of the web
browser client, since this would be usable on multiple platforms, not
just Windows.
