Rational 1.0.0.2 Eval License is Invalid ?

Rational Insight 1.0.0.2 is still supported. The license key posted to Jazz.net has expired and needs to be updated. I have put in a request to have a new key posted. Rational Insight 1.0.1 does not require a license key. Insight 1.0.1 includes a time bomb mechanism that allows full use of the product for 120 days without the need to install and configure a license server. Unless you have a good reason to stick with Insight 1.0.0.2 I would start testing with Insight 1.0.1, which includes some nice new features. https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-insight/releases/1.0.1?p=news |

Many Thanks for the information , That's Great .. I will try out 1.0.1 The only reason for me requesting is I had installed 1.0.0.2 in dec 2010 and did some work already on that , looks like I need to migrate now to 1.0.1 In the meantime .. we have already applied for 1.0.0.2 license , now if I want to migrate 1.0.1 will the license file change ? should I ask my project to procure license for 1.0.1 ? Do you know when they will put the new key license for RI 1.0.0.2 on jazz.net? I also need to replace my license key. Today I download from jazz.net and it is still the old key license. Thank you Regards Nikolaus |
