Process templates detailed description

Jeff Ong (14113947) | asked Jan 07 '11, 5:53 p.m.
Does anyone have a link that describes in detail what the different process templates (Agile, Eclipse, OpenUP, Scrum and Simple Team) are ?

If down the road you decide to switch to another process template, does anyone have a tool that will easily do this for you ?

There is a work item requesting that the work item states and state
diagrams of the various templates be documented (work item 140418). It
is currently not in-plan, so you'll want to add a comment to that work
item to indicate your interest.

The properties and fields of the work items are usually reasonably
self-explanatory, and there is embedded documentation on the built-in
process pre-conditions and post-conditions. But if there is anything in
particular that you find unclear, it would be good to post that in a
work item (the documentation team drives its work from work items, just
like the development team).

Cheers,
Geoff
