Currently, Rational Insight (RI) extract RTC Data from the RTC repository directly. Generally, the customer will make customization for the workitem. For example, they will create new enumeration type data. We found it is impossible to get the name of enumeration literals from the RTC DB tables. We just got the literal ID (e.x. EnumerationID.literal.l2).
Anyone can tell me how to get the name of the literals and the mapping of the literal name and ID.

As far as I known, the mapping is being stored in the process Configuration Source.
