RTC and Subversion

I am planning an RTC implementation with SVN as the SCM. My assumption is that for most users (developers, QA, analyst, build managers), SVN is hidden behind RTC once its configured properly, and that most folks will have no need for any SVN clients.

Obviously administrators may need direct access, but otherwise my assumptions are correct in this regards, yeah?
