Adding to the list of available links in workitems

In workitems, in the Links tab, Links section, there is a set of predefined list of links(eg, Related,Duplicate Of).Is there a way to add another item to that list of link?

yes, but it requires building an extension, and installing the extension on the server (for the web UI) and every eclipse client.
