We are attempting to do some workflow automation in RTC, specifically around Stories and their child tasks.

If we have a parent story, and it has child tasks, when and of the child tasks is moved to an "In progress" state, we want the parent to automatically go into "in progress" ... so that this is not a 2nd manual step that someone needs to remember to do.

I have looked in the Configuration Data -> Work Items -> workflows section of my project (RTC 3.0) but Ic an't see wher eI could setup this type of an automated workflow.
