adding participants in a review after a review has started

I created a review of 3 requirement artifacts. I added myself as an approver and started the review. I then added a few more people on my project, went to add them to the review as participants and don't see an option for adding them.

Is this possible? I'm using RRC 2.0.0.3
I've tried opening the review, right clicking to see if there was an option, etc... but Add Participants is now greyed out.

Pause the review and then you can add additional participants. Then restart

I am from the IBM Db2/z swg team. We are currently trying to prototype a custom Artifact type with our own custom attributes. One of the requirements for this artifact type is to have custom review states that make sense to us and fit the workflow of the process. For e.g

When we start the formal review we want the state to change from "open" to "On Review by DRB" followed by "DRB Accepted -Out for approaval"

Also a follow-up requirement is can we have a set of predefined reviewers assigned to a Artifact type so every time an artifact is created of that type and the review is started we would like a predefined set of reviewers/approvers populated in the review
