Sessions expiring too often

We have RTC 2.0.0.2 ifix4 running in WebSphere. We've been trying to tweak all the session timeouts to be reasonable, but, nothing seems to stick. It seems like every 2 hours, the session will be expired on the server, so, you have to log in 4 times a day. Is there a secret for making Jazz obey the session expiration that we've set in websphere (30 days)?
