Can I change the sender of an workitem change notice ?

Hi
Can I change the sender of an workitem change notice ?
I want to change it from RTC administrator I set up at the beginningto the user who is updating workitem.
Now, every notice mail comes from the RTC administrator even if anybody change workitems.
