RQM 2.0.1fix3 Test Execution record "disappears" a

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing an issue with execution records deleting itself after being saved in a test case in above version of RQM ?

It seems to be when you save a new record against a Plan and a Milestone that you already have an Execution Record for.
The difference though is that I need different Owners for the records , therefore I create 2 within the test case for same Plan, Milestone, Script and Test Environment combination.

The workaround is to assign a different milestone when originaly creating the record to the one you have and save, then highlight the row in the test execution records, edit by changing the milestone and save. Then it does not delete itself..
