Email alerts on updates/versions of Rational

Can we receive email alerts from IBM, when there are new updates/versions of Rational software, including ReqPro, RPE, and ClearCase, available?

Also let us know if we have to follow a process so as to subscribe for specific tools or it has to be done for all Rational tools together?
