Pausing Execution of a Suite in the middle of a Test Case

Homer Pope (15812225) | asked Oct 26 '10, 11:02 a.m.
We are currently in functional testing phase for a large project:
When pausing execution of a test suite in the middle of a test case and closing the browser I am prompted that non saved changes will be lost. When I acknowledge yes, close and relaunch brower and go back to where I left off, all the expected results in previous steps (except the first step) are lost. Was there something else that was supposed to be done?
Thanks,
Homer
