Problem updating reports for v1.0.1

The procedures for upgrading reports when moving from RQM v1 to v1.0.1 are defined at http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/rqmhelp/v1r0m0/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.rational.test.qm.install.doc/topics/t_instl_update_reports.html

Step 3 is: Click the Team Artifacts tab and expand the Reports folder.

But initially I did not see Reports folder in RTC.

A post from Helen references Tech Note # 1330275. This tech note includes an RQM standard license file "rqm_tester_included.jar". If I load this license, I am able to see the reports folder from the RTC client, but I am no longer able define additional user licenses.

With the unlocked license activation keys downloaded from ISSI, I am able to define additional user licenses, but I am not able to see reports folder from RTC client (and therefore not able to update reports for v1.0.1).

How can I get an unlocked version of the license key that also allows me to upgrade reports?

Or does it make sense to load "rqm_tester_included.jar", and then upgrade the reports. Then, after upgrading the reports, reload the unlocked license key?

There was a new version of the unlocked cal that went with v1.0.1. You need to re-download it and cannot use the same one that you used for 1.0.0

This solved my problem. If you download from XL Downloads, the packages you need are:

* IBM Rational Quality Manager Client V1.0 English Multiplatform License Activation Kit (C1W9XML)
* IBM Rational Quality Manager Viewer Client V1.0 English Multiplatform License Activation Kit (C1W9YML)
* IBM Rational Test Lab Manager V1.0 English Multiplatform License Activation Kit (C1SF2EN)

The server license file is:
* IBM Rational Quality Manager Standard Edition V1.0 English Multiplatform License Activation Kit (C1SE9EN)
