Hi,

Is it legitimate to replace the UserDatabase implementation so that the
user / role info is stored somewhere else other than tomcat-users.xml.

Put another way does the Jazz Server only access tomcat-users.xml via
the UserDatabase implementation class or does Jazz read tomcat-users.xml
directly.
