Hi,

I am trying to insgtall RTC 3.0 RC. I installed the server and RTC and now trying to create a project area.
As soon as I tryi to deploy the process templates, I recieve an error:

Hi Liora. What client access licenses are assigned to you? I believe you need one of the licenses that begin with "Rational Team Concert - Developer" in order to deploy processes.

You can determine your assigned client access licenses in the following manner:

- Via the RTC 3.0 web UI: In the upper-right hand of the UI, next to your name, click the drop-down and click "View My Profile and Licenses". This will open your user editor in the web UI; assigned client licenses are in the lower right-hand corner.
- Via the RTC 3.0 Eclipse UI: From the "Team Artifacts" view, right click your repository connection and choose "Open My User Editor". Again the client access licenses are in the lower right-hand corner.

What am I doing wrang?

When you install the RTC server and RTC client, do you follow the following steps?
1)setup the jts and ccm application by accessing:https://hostname:9443/jts/setup
2)Then access the ccm application:https://hostname:9443/jazz/admin,
a)login
b)deploy the process templates
c)create project areas.
