RTC 3.0 RC Setup - Error

I have installed RTC 3.0 RC on my Server and I try to create a project area with no avail.
There is an error: "There is no friend configured for the Jazz Team Server".
I have no idea what is wrong. My jazz server is installed on the same machine where the RTC is installed. The CCM application is registered in the jazz server.

What am I missing?
