List of attribute types sensitive to readonly property

I have been playing with the readonly=true property for attributes at the presentation level (as described on article 130 of the library).
But I noticed it does not work for HTML for example.
Is there any list of attribute types that are sensitive to this readonly property?
I need to provide this analysis to my customer.
In addition to that, is there any plan to have it working for all the types?
