Time Spent differs when running a query vs exporting a query

The 'Time Spent' column contains different results when running a query versus exporting same query to CSV. Shouldn't the export function invoke the same logic for calculating 'Time Spent' as when running the query? This is very easy to reproduce (to see what I mean).

Just a little more detail: If you have your configuration set to use "time spent" instead of "time remaining", the query results correctly show time spent. If you then export that same query to excel, RTC exports the time remaining data for the field time spent.
