order display of an extension com.ibm.team.workitem.web.editorToolbarAction

Hello,
   I have created a RTC plugin with the extension com.ibm.team.workitem.web.editorToolbarAction.
Sometime my button appear before the default button (print button and capture screen shot button) and sometimes my button appear after.

Could you  tell me how I can fix the order display ?
