M10 build of RQM includes DOORS but not its trial license
I downloaded the M10 build of RQM, which also includes RTC and DOORS.
What puzzled me was that only trial licenses for RQM and RTC were provided.
Nevertheless I tried to install the complete suite, but the setup procedure does not accept the absence of the DOORS (RM) trial license.
What can be done about this?

I found this note on the "New & Noteworthy" Tab:
Note: Although there is no corresponding Rational DOORS Requirements Professional milestone and there are no DOORS RP licenses included with RQM 3.0 M10, RQM 3.0 M10 contains everything you need to try out the CLM story that we are working towards for mid-2011. It includes the Jazz Team Server, the Configuration Management, Quality Management and Requirements Management applications and support for Rational Reporting for Development Intelligence while the included Quality Professional trial license permits full access to read and modify requirements management artifacts.
Does this mean that in this build you can access requirements only by RQM and that the Req Prof DOORS application will not be available by the web client?
Or can I use the trial licenses provided with RCO Beta 2 to activate DOORS?

There are two aspects to your question. One is the RM application and the other is the licenses.
RQM 3.0 M10 delivers the Jazz Team Server and the CCM, QM and RM applications. This is the same architecture used in previous CLM milestones such as RC0. The basis of this architecture is that all products - RTC, RQM and DOORS RP deliver the same Jazz Team Server and applications. There is actually no difference between them and you can install the build for any product and you will get the same server. What determines the difference is the keys that are installed into the Jazz Team Server.
The RM application is used by many of the licenses including the RQM Quality Professional license which gives read-write access to requirements management artifacts. The RTC Developer license, for example, only gives read-access to these artifacts. So in this respect, you are not losing anything in RQM 3.0 M10 by the fact that there is no matching DOORS RP build and no DOORS RP licenses.
The main reason for this is that today, there is no real difference between the RQM Quality Professional license and the DOORS RP Analyst license that was seen in previous CLM milestones such as RC0. However that will change soon as future CLM milestones will have a new RM application that delivers a requirements definition capability in addition to the requirements management capability. Read-write access to that new capability will be permitted by the DOORS RP Analyst license but the RQM Quality Professional license will only permit read access so at that point, there will be real difference between the two licenses.
I hope this answers your question.

One more thing that may be useful to know:
You mentioned the DOORS RP application. There really is no such thing. Applications are not product specific. There is only the Requirements Management application. Like many other applications in our new architecture, this application is used by many products. More specifically, licenses installed into the Jazz Team Server permit access to capabilities provided by the RM application.
