RRC and RPE reporting

Hi,

When I click on generate report Icon on RRC, i get a first window. Could you tell me how this library is populated.
In the second one, with clicking "other options", I reach
the windows with the reporting library located from the help file in:
C:\IBM\RRCS20\server\conf\rdm\reporting\
In this directory, I follow the help file, and now I have
two files: rpeuc1.dta and rpeuc1.dot located in rpe and word dircetory, the manifest file contents:

Location: templates/rpe/rpeuc1.dta

------------------
and
Name: rpeuc1.dot
Location: templates/word/rpeuc1.dot
Content-Type: application/msword

In the xml library file, I get:

<description>Detailed summary of Use Cases Tableau</description>
<url>___REPOSITORY_URL___publish/templateLibrary/rpeuc1</url>
</resource>

<label>Use Case Specification (by Use Cases)</label>

After restarting server, I don't see this template.
Could someone tell me where I'm wrong.

I have akready done it and also restarted the server but nothing appened :(
