Pre-Filled templates for Testplan, Testcases and others?

A client would like to have pre-filled templates for test artefacts. The curent template mechanism only defines the sections available but it should be possible to define values in the template for all attributes/categories a TP or TC oder other artefacts. This would simplify the creation of many test cases and reduce mouse and keyboard entry actions.

Our customer asked for pre-populated fields too in order to speed up things and assist the user.
The solution we found in RQM v2.0.0.2 is to upload pre-populated artifacts (TestCase and TestPlan), and use them as 'reference artifacts' to create new ones by duplication.
Or course, this requires duplicating the artifact every time the user wants to create a new pre-populated artifacts.

Good luck!
