Possible to hide Custom Tab info to given Roles ?

Assuming you added a Custom Tab with Custom fields to a given Work Item Type :
- Is it possible to hide that Custom Tab and all its content/info to a given set of RTC Roles (e.g. Stakeholder can not see Custom 'internal' Estimate Tab and can not query Custom 'internal' Estimate Tab fields) ?

Something that would be similar to ClearQuest Security Context ...

I'm pretty sure this is impossible without custom coding your own presentation - even then it may not be possible.

RTC Work Item Component doesn't provide such capability.
Feel free to submit an enhancement.
This kind of requests makes perfectly sense.
