I've an environment with 2 Active Directory domains trusted.
If I configure one AD domain on jazz, can I see the users defined on the trusted AD domain?

I think you need to have a parent of those 2 AD domains that acts as just one. This is usually called a Global Domain, and it can be used to configure Jazz to see both AD domains. The question is: has your IT department made available a partent, global domain to you?
