Need to login even when All Users has Asset Consumer role

Hi,

I'm seeing what I think is a bug in RAM. In a Community I have added the Asset Consumer role to the All Users group. This is allowing anyone, without signing in, to see assets belonging to this Community. As expected. However, when they try to download the Asset they are taken to a login screen. Is this expected behavior? I would have thought that, as per the Role definition, they would be able to download Assets.

Yes it is. Anonymous users are limited to searching for assets and
seeing asset details only. They are not permitted to do any downloads.
