Can I create a query that prompts the user for a value to query for before the query is run?

Like CQ Dynamic Filters?

In the RTC 4.0-M6, you can use the RTC Eclipse plug-in to create queries
that prompt for query conditions (select the "provide condition values
by parameter" option for those query terms). It does not appear that
you can create the prompting query from the Web UI yet, but you can run
the prompting query from the Web UI.
