how to import CMVC defect to Team Concert defect?

I too am very interested in a CMVC connector and looking at the
history of this, it would seem that this work has been all but
abandoned? No status to the story has been injected for quite a while
now after a promising statement made June 9th that:
Just updating the workitem to indicate that we now have the
capability to import CMVC Defects into Jazz.
Well, I'm glad that "we now have the capability..." but
would it be possible to share this with others?
Or at the very least providing some information on where it is and
whether or not to be able to expect it (and if some help is needed,
what?).
