Is there a best practice based on usage by different projects, on how to use RTC for capturing meeting minutes and tracking them to closure, via sending emails and tracking closure.
I don't know if it's a best practice, but I use tabs on iteration plans to create text content with meeting minutes and just turn the action items into work items where appropriate. Then the meeting minutes are associated with the iteration where they occur.
