RTC 2002 with RAD 8.0

I've been trying to install RTC client on top of RAD 8.0 with no success. It works with RAD 7.5, but the installation manager complains that it can not install on RAD 8. I tried with RTC 2002 iFix 3. The installation manager error message is below. Thanks.
