I have a required property that is not being set correctly, the attribute is on the editor and the error occurs when some users attempt to set the value. I initially thought this was a problem for non-admin users only but I got a report from my teammate today that they experienced the issue as an admin.

So it looks like it is filled in, but the error says that it is not.
What can I check to troubleshoot this ?

Things I have tried:
* verify the attribute id matches what is on the presentation.
* querying the work item to see if their are duplicate attributes that I may be confusing via the GUI.
