RQM CQ bridge data source
Is anyone connecting Insight to an RQM instance that has a CQ bridge setup? I'm trying to read CQ defects related to RQM test execution results. The current XDC file shows 'defect' fields as children of execution work items but the ETL does not find any values for 'id' or 'summary'. Thanks in advance.

I'd love to see an answer to this as well. I'm having trouble in general tracking any 'link' data in Insight - both the RQM to CQ connection, as well as cross-project RTC links between workitems.

Hi Jackie, We haven't done any RTC work with Insight yet, so I can't speak to that. We're working on the RQM / CQ linkages. I'll try to post details as we move forward. Thanks. Derry |

Derry It looks like this is a defect. We're trying to confirm. |

We've been able to track requirement linking between RQM, ReqPro, CQ. The requirement has an id which is available in all 3 products. That id is used to identified the requirement in the various data warehouse tables. The requirement properties include the id in the RQM schema, which the Insight ETL can query and return data on. The defect link also has a schema property available, however the ETL job that performs the query always returns null values. So we don't have enough data points to track our defects through the systems. |
