Error installing RTC v 2.0.0.2 iFix 3

Got the following error after installing. I can't find any information on the error code. What should I do? Ignore it? Re-install? Do I uninstall first?

John,

that does not look good. Did you do a wen install and there where network issues? I'd suggest to download a full install and run that locally.

You can try to use a different install location. Otherwise if the install is broken uninstall first.

I had the exactly same error as John, and I observed that John and I downloaded the installation file in "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Downloads", and try to install.

So, I made a new directory (like C:/MyRTC) and copy the installation directory (RTC-Eclipse-Client-2.0.0.2iFix3-Win32-Local) to C:/MyRTC.

And then installation was successful. Hope this is helpful.

look luck !
