Can ClearCase be used to version control Genesys phone software?

I need to have control of Genesys software and we were pointed to BlackChair.  We already have Rational for many things in our environment.  Can we mange Genesys from Rational ClearCase?  We are in a budget crunch (who isn't? :-))

For questions about ClearCase, I checked with the ClearCase team, and they do monitor both stackoverflow ( https://stackoverflow.com/search?tab=newest&q=clearcase ) and dwanswers ( https://developer.ibm.com/answers/search.html?f=&type=question&redirect=search%2Fsearch&sort=relevance&q=clearcase ), but they recommend using:

Thanks.  Appreciate the help Geoffrey.  I was a heavy user of DW, but fr some reason thought this forum had replaced it.  The page Ralph pointed me to was a retired page (locked forum)
