Problems with importing ClearQuest records

My environment: Jazz Team Server 2.0.0.2 iFix 2 on Windows Server 2003 SP2. Database: Oracle 10g, application server: Apache Tomcat.

I am running into problems with the ClearQuest Import Wizard in RTC. CQ record_type is SCR and I am trying to import into RTC workitem type ISCR. I am having issues listed below:

1. In the XML I set the mapping file I set the record_type to ISCR and CQ records are imported as defect type. Settings in the XML mapping file are being ignored.

2. Description is not imported, the SCR description field is just ignored.

3. Priority field is not imported.

Headline and Severity fields in the CQ record are being imported.

Any help is much appreciated.

For all the CQ fields not being imported, make sure these fields are selected as display fields in the CQ query you specify when importing the CQ records. For the work item type mapping, make sure you are using the work item type id for target value.
