server setup guide has wrong port number

The server setup guide specifies that you can point your browser to
http://localhost:9080 when in fact tomcat is set up to use port 8080.

I tried to open a defect, but when I click save, I get an error
messgage that I'm not authorized.

Jazz team server is accessed on https://localhost:9443/jazz, and the guide (found in IBM Rational Information Center) on how to log inot the Admin Web UI shows the correct port number.
