Can you tell me how to set and see the Schedule Predecessor and successor between work items in RTC 3.0?

I am trying to see a view like gantt chart in RTC. Is there anyone or help doc tell me how to see and use that?

I just saw a chart like that in common planning ppt file, but no idea how to get started and use?
