blank Work Assignments?

Certain resources on one of our RTC projects do not show any percent allocation to the project under Work Assignments (Open My User Editor -> Work Environment -> Work Assignments). Their Work Assignments list is empty (blank, nothing).

Has anyone ever seen this?

We don't understand how/why this would happen and we don't know how to correct. We tried removing them entirely from the project, we then saved the project, we then re-added them to the project/team areas, but their Work Assignments list is still empty.

I've never seen that. Probably best to submit a work item.
Indicate usual info ... version in use, which clients you used to access
the info, whether you can recreate the problem (and if so, what steps
you used).

Hi Geoff,
We fixed it! The team area was not properly mapped to an actual timeline. It was set to "" which apparently is not good enough. Once we set the team area to the actual timeline, resources showed 100% allocation under Work Assignments!

Hi Tim,

Glad you got it working, but that would be a bug ... if you have a
chance, please submit a defect. I'll also give it a try in my 3.0
environment, to see if I can reproduce it there.
