RQM Excel Importer - creator field not set to value in CSV

I have (almost) successfully imported a large number of test cases and scripts using the RQM Excel add-in. However, the "Creator" value is always set to my name, though I had pointed the import to a particular column in Excel.

I have two questions:

1) Is the problem that the actual creator doesn't have a login to the RQM project?

2) How do I fix the imported test cases/scripts to reflect the correct creator?

More Info: I used the RQMURLUtility to GET a test script, modify the creator, and PUT it back, but the Creator does not change.
