RQM Import plugin - Config file syntax doc?

Hi All

I am aware of the existing Link in the Jazz.net
http://jazz.net/wiki/bin/view/Main/RQMExcelWordImporter

However Is there any Document/Link which has the Complete Syntax along with the Definitions that are supported in the cfg file (For excel Import).
