Hi,
I am unable to create a folder in RRC Client Interface.
Attached is the snapshot of the page which I am getting when tried to create a new folder.
Initially I can connect to the Project Area and create a new project.
But strange thing is the same works by logging into the server with the same login.

Just adding few morw information to this - When I right click on the project and create a folder a pop up window comes up for entering the name of the folder but when you click OK button nothing will happen.

When you say nothing will happen, do you mean the dialog remains open?
If so, then please take a look at the client log file as it likely contains an exception that will help us determine what the problem might be. The log should be here by default:
C:\Documents and Settings\{windows login}\IBM\RequirementsComposer\workspace\.metadata\.log

I haven't seen this particular problem before.
1. Is this server configured using a host name or an IP address?
2. Are the URLs used in the New Repository dialog for the local and remote clients the same?
3. Are there spaces (shouldn't be a problem) or interesting characters (unicode, dbcs) in the name of the project?
