What is the best way to hide content?

My team stores everything in our RTC project. However there are assets such as work item discussions about what password we should use that probably shouldn't be visible to stakeholders and other viewers of our project. How do we hide work items so that they are only viewable to a sub-team?

Thank you!

In 2.X, the only option is to create another project area and make it private with only a small set of members and not visible to stakeholders. You can open work items and have discussions in private.

In 3.0, we are adding some small improvements to have work items stored in the same project area get access control from another project, see https://jazz.net/downloads/rational-team-concert/milestones/3.0M4?p=news#workitems item called "More Flexible Access Control".
