Hello... We manage a large collection of data wit RTC. recent build attempts indicate:
Contains: Failed to download /var/template/lang/textserver/tw/sap_errors.xml due to unknown encoding Big5. Team should agree on a common encoding.

I have several copies of this XML file that the build will not load. I don't have control over the encoding. How dow I get around this issue and just have the build engine process the file? I just need the file for version control and don't operate on it in anyway.
