Can RTC support send mail before due date?

Is there a way to config the mail notification when work item exceed the due date?

Hi, I don't think this is currently supported out of the box. I would suggest to set up a dashboard query that shows the work items by due date. I personally believe this is far more effective then getting swamped with emails.
