org.apache.catalina.core.StandardHost has something wrong?

Hi,
thank you for helping me
I am installing Jazz server. when I run server.startup.bat,I get a
2010-5-20 22:56:32 org.apache.catalina.core.StandardHost start
information: XML validation disabled

Does anyone can help me to solve this problem ?
I appreciate you very much
